| Item 8c | Organizational DUNS: For example "DUNS 54-12324567." All applicants for federal funding must provide their Dun and Bradstreet DUNS number on the SF-424. If your organization needs a DUNS number, please see dnb.com/duns-number.html or call 888-814-1435. |

| Item 11 | 11.473 and reference the title of the of the program under which assistance is requested, as found in the program announcement. |
| Item 17 | Start dates should be the first day of a month. End dates should be the last day of a month. The earliest start date that can be listed will be listed in the relevant federal funding opportunity announcement, specifically, in Section V, Applicant Review Information, Anticipated Announcement and Award Dates. |
| Item 18 | This should list the total amount of funds requested from the Office for Coastal Management for this proposal. In the event that your project is seeking funds from more than one federal agency, the other federal agencies should be listed in Item 18e. |
