Coastal and Marine Management Program

CAMMP 2.0

Welcome to CAMMP, the Coastal and Marine Management Program. Coastal Zone Management (CZM) and National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR) programs use CAMMP to develop cooperative agreement applications for NOAA funding through the Coastal Zone Management Act. Programs include the project and budget narratives developed in CAMMP as part of the formal application package submitted through grants.gov.

CAMMP has been completely updated for the 2021 Grant Season. Please contact cammphelp@noaa.gov if you require access to the system. If you have already accessed the CAMMP 2.0 system, you can reset your password using the reset function.

NOAA will be conducting training on the new CAMMP system in early 2021. NOAA will also set up help desk sessions during the 2021 Grant Season to assist CZM and NERRS staff with the new system. Please contact your liaison and/or Liz Mountz (Elizabeth.Mountz@noaa.gov) for information on the CAMMP training schedule and CAMMP help desk hours.

CAMMP Sign In

Enhanced security requirements mean CAMMP users must now use two-factor authentication protocols to access the system. OCM has selected Microsoft for this service. Once the user selects the sign in button, the Microsoft interface will ask for both their email and password (first authentication) and a six digit code from an authenticator app on their mobile device for the second authentication.
