Coastal Zone Management Act Program Changes
State programs are not static – laws and issues change. NOAA approval is required for the establishment of a state management program.
Request an Account
Members of the public do not need user accounts.
To submit an approval request for changes to a state coastal management program, a state coastal management staff must establish a user account.
Please send a request from your work email to the Office for Coastal Management at ocm.czmprogramchange@noaa.gov with your:

- Phone Number
- Work email
- State and State Agency
