The U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico Join Forces on Marine Planning Issues

Coastal professionals in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are working together to address the growing pressures on marine resources in the Caribbean. The governors of both territories signed a memorandum establishing an ocean partnership to foster collaborative and sustainable management of marine resources, improved access to ocean data, and increased funding of marine planning efforts.
