This nationally consistent tidal marsh resilience analysis has been developed by the NOAA's Office for Coastal Management, in partnership with the National Estuarine Research Reserve System (NERRS). The analysis of resilience is based, in part, on OCM's Coastal Change Analysis Program (C-CAP) land cover and the wetland impact/migration modeling conducted as part of NOAA's Sea Level Rise Viewer .
