The purpose of the mapping viewer is to provide coastal managers and scientists with a preliminary look at sea level rise and coastal flooding impacts. The viewer is a screening-level tool that uses nationally consistent data sets and analyses. Data and maps provided can be used at several scales to help gauge trends and prioritize actions for different scenarios.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>"Photo Simulation Locations" represents locations where sea level rise photo simulations are available.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>"High Tide Flooding Stations" represents the location of select NOAA Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services tide stations that have a minor high tide flooding threshold. This layer does not represent all tide stations available for an area. For more information about tide stations visit NOAA CO-OPS.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>"Scenario Locations" represents locations that have future sea level rise scenarios.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>"Zoom To Regions" represents the extents of various regions for the SLR Viewer.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>These data are provided "as is," without warranty to their performance, merchantable state, or fitness for any particular purpose.
